While we finalize our insurance contracts and state certifications, we are currently seeing patients on a simple, flat-fee basis.

• Payment Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, or HSA/FSA cards.

• Current Rates:

  • Acute Sick Visit: $125 (Includes home/work visit)

  • Wellness Exam: $65 (Youth) / $125 (Adult) / $165 (Senior)

  • On-Site Testing: +$25 (Flu, Strep, COVID, STD, etc.)

We are currently in the process of obtaining our Oregon DCBS certification.

• The Benefit: One monthly fee covers 100% of your primary care with zero co-pays.

• The Advantage: In 2026, these fees now count toward your insurance deductible in Oregon.

We are in the process of "Credentialing" with major carriers. We expect to be in-network by Summer 2026:

• Medicare, BCBS, Providence, Moda, PacificSource, and many more.

• You can receive care now and request reimbursement from your insurance company according to their “out-of-network” policy and I will provide your with a “super bill” for services provided.
