I take patient privacy and formal authorization seriously; no real patient’s likeness is ever published without their prior, written permission.

2. Limited and Spare Use of Google Gemini

In select, rare instances where real patient photography was not possible or appropriate, imagery enhanced by Google Gemini has been used sparingly. Any individuals appearing as patients in these specific, Google Gemini-generated photos are entirely synthetic. They are not real people, nor are they actual patients of this practice.

3. Purpose of Synthetic Imagery

These sparingly used Google Gemini visuals are intended solely to represent the general nature of the care and environment provided at this clinic. They are not intended to document specific clinical results, provide a factual record of a specific medical procedure, or suggest that the synthetic individuals have received treatment here.

By relying primarily on consented patient photography and using Google Gemini only as a rare backup, I ensure a high standard of professional authenticity while strictly upholding my commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. While the "patients" in the Google Gemini images are synthetic, my own likeness across all images remains an accurate representation of myself as your healthcare provider.
