Schedule Visit

I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for acute needs either at-home or via a telemedicine visit. You can schedule via the “schedule visit” button above. For more urgent needs, call me directly.

For non-acute needs such as wellness exams and other services, you can use the “schedule visit” button above.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency (such as a heart attack or stroke), call 911 immediately. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues, you have a direct line to me for guidance on whether a home visit or a trip to the ER is necessary.
